Una experiencia inolvidable. El tour de avistamiento de delfines superó por mucho nuestras expectativas: pudimos ver varios delfines en su hábitat natural y disfrutar de paisajes espectaculares. Nuestro guía, Diego, fue muy amable, profesional y siempre estuvo atento para que todos viviéramos una experiencia única. Sin duda, un tour que vale totalmente la pena. Highly recommend Robert’s Eco Tours in Puerto Escondido! Mr. Robert and his team are so professional, accommodating, and just good people. They take care of everything, including transportation to and from your excursion. We booked a private day trip to Chacahua, and it was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had - anywhere. Our bilingual guide, Francisco, was absolutely wonderful and quickly felt like an old friend. He took excellent care of us on our excursion, had great knowledge of the area, culture, and wildlife, and was flexible with planning so we could customize the activities. Recomiendo la agencia al 100%. Hice dos tours, me atendieron muy bien desde el comienzo y la comunicación fue clara. En mi segundo tour tuvieron personas en el grupo que cancelaron de último minuto y solo quedé yo, pero en lugar de cancelar el tour por completo, Roberto y mi maravilloso guía, Francisco, hicieron mi experiencia aún más personalizada. Pasé todo mi día en compañía de mi guía, Francisco, que me explicó absolutamente todo del tour, contestó mis preguntas y tuvo flexibilidad cuando yo quería pasar tiempo extra en ciertos lugares del tour. We did the bioluminescence tour and it was amazing! We absolutely loved it. We also got picked up and dropped off at our hotel. We did pay around $170AUD each, however, we totally think it was worth the door to door service. Just one thing, Oliver’s driving definitely scared me lol! We had the most amazing experience in the Chacahua Lagoon! Initially worried first that the moon was too bright, then, as clouds rolled in and the downpour began, that although now sufficiently dark, that motoring through a thunderstorm may not have been our wisest choice... but these guys are utter pros and knew exactly what they were doing. It was wild!! The rain turned into stars as it hit the surface of the lake, and a lucky snap from a fellow traveller coincided with a lightning strike, giving the photo attached. Contraté tres tours con Robert's Tours durante mi estancia (Delfines, Liberación de Tortugas y Bioluminiscencia) y la experiencia fue de 10. Destaco mucho su puntualidad y la amabilidad de todo el staff; te hacen sentir segura y bien atendida en todo momento.
