  Had to cancel due to sickness. To their credit, they allowed us to reschedule for the next morning but unfortunately we were still too sick to go on the... read more tour. I asked for a refund or if we could please reschedule another time and they said no. I told him I would dispute it with my credit card company and leave him a review stating that we were not allowed a refund or rescheduling. He said he would reply that he gave me 2 opportunities and that 1 bad review isn't too bad for him.
