He handled our return to the airport and other travels. He can really arrange anything. Reasonable and reliable.

He took us on our Dolphin, Whale and Sea Turtle trip. It was amazing. He knew right where to go and the sights were amazing. We saw tons of dolphins, plenty of whales and sea turtles.

We had great communication from the beginning and it was easy to ask questions and be prepared for the... read more day's activities. Our trip was just me, my husband and 8 year old son. Our driver, Polo, picked us up at our hotel. We were pleasantly surprised to be the only people on the tour that day. I sat in the front and enjoyed practicing my Spanish with Polo who was funny, a great storyteller and a really great driver. The journey was beautiful to Huatulco and we passed fruit stands and wood furniture makers along the road. Polo offered to stop anywhere we wanted to buy fruit or cocos. We made a short stop at an ATM, then arrived to the marina at Huatulco. We boarded a private boat (up to 5 people) and met our captain Eduardo. Eduardo guided us to 2-3 private beaches in cove areas close to Huatulco. We snorkeled in one area and he waited for us. He quickly returned by boat to pick us up out of the water. His service and information about the area were great. I highly recommend the tour - it was a really fun day from start to finish. Everything was well timed and highly- service oriented. If you are coming to see really amazing coral and fish, unfortunately this may not be the best. Environmental impacts can be seen in the ocean. The coral was bleached and brown and the ecosystem underwater was depleted. We still enjoyed the tour and seeing the area and everyone we worked with were wonderful.

But overall: paying 1650 pesos each is way to much for this ‘trip’. People on the boat payed half for the trip. Better take a taxi or with own car to Bioluminiscencia Laguna Maníaltepec and find out yourself for less then half this price.

I asked for a refund or if we could please reschedule another time and they said no. I told him I would dispute it with my credit card company and leave him a review stating that we were not allowed a refund or rescheduling. He said he would reply that he gave me 2 opportunities and that 1 bad review isn't too bad for him.
